Doflamingo is one of the most carefree characters in One Piece. He seems to have a penchant for dramatic phrasing, as well as a habit of exaggerated posing when giving declarations. He also appears to fear nothing and no one, as he openly taunts Fleet Admiral Sengoku, sits on the table during the Shichibukai meeting and shows only gleeful interest at the thought of warring with Whitebeard. During the Battle of Marineford, all of Doflamingo's interactions have all been for the sake of personal amusement, hinting a sadistic side. He also has an odd habit of sitting in odd positions, like on the back of chairs, on tables, barrels and, even a pile of bodies in the middle of a war zone.

His codename is Hei, which means black in Chinese. Hei is a very talented contractor, his Messier Code is BK-201. Hei lives two lives in the series. In public he is Li Shengshun, a foreign exchange student from China. He is very nice and well mannered. He lives in the Umitsuki apartments and is always working a new part-time job.He has a huge appetite, not unlike most anime characters.

Hei's other life is of a Contractor called BK-201 and also the Black Reaper, mostly by other Contractors. Before becoming a contractor Hei was an assassin which earned him his nickname. Hei is usually seen on the job in a mask and a dark bullet proof coat.

Hei has the ability to manipulate electricity and can also disturb matter on a quantum level.

He is the oracle of the Kou Empire. He claims to know Sinbad as Sinbad had captured the dungeon that called out by him without his permission.

Judal is a magi just like Aladdin. He is very powerful, cruel, arrogant and somewhat childish. Usually he doesn't listen to anyone and does things his own way. Judal first appeared when he tried to seal the road to the dungeon. He is the main antagonist of the series.

Erza, is a tall, beautiful girl with long red hair, and brown eyes. She is almost always wearing an armored suit, made by Heart Kreuz. However, thanks to her requip magic, she can wear many magic armors.Erza is a very strict person, often criticizing the bad behavior and habits of the other guild members, causing most them to apologize for fear that they might invoke her wrath.She is one of the strongest mages in Fairy Tail having earned her S-class rank as a mage at 15 years of age, youngest than anyone in the guild.She has tremendous stamina and agility,and her battle experience allows her to use her arsenal of armors and weapons to their maximum potential.
