Broly is the Legendary Super Saiyan featured in Movie 8. He wears white pants and has a red rope-like item around his waist... which is actually his tail. Broly was born on the same day as Goku, but with a power level of 10,000 (a super Saiyan)!
Broly is pure evil and is, in my opinion, the strongest villain ever. Broly is also featured in his own movie called Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan.
Broly escaped the explosion of planet Vegeta in an energy bubble of Broly's. He and his father escaped just in the nick of time.
The only thing that ever controlled Broly's power was a mind control head band from Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, which was controlled by his father, Paragus. It also broke in that movie (this is why his hair is always yellow in the movies/saga following it).
Broly and the Z Fighters battle on a planet that Broly's dad called New Vegeta. Broly was defeated by Goku after being punched in the stomach and he exploded.

Vash the Stampede (ヴァッシュ・ザ・スタンピード Vasshu za Sutanpīdo) is the main character of the anime and manga series Trigun. A fictional character, Vash is also known as The Humanoid Typhoon due to the destruction which surrounds him. He is being chased by bandits who want to collect the bounty on "The $$60,000,000,000 (sixty billion double dollar) Man".
Within Vash's trademark revolver lies the catalyst needed to activate his "Angel Arm". The Angel Arm is Vash's ultimate weapon. On activation his right arm transforms into a weapon powerful enough to destroy entire cities with a single blast in a way similar to the effects of a hydrogen or nuclear bomb.
