Oudo Miyakonojou is a senior of Class 13 and a member of the Flask Plan's Thirteen Party. His project name is Create.Because of his ability, he grew up egotistical. He believes he was born a king and everyone else a servant to him. He is cold blooded, although it probably just seems that way because of his bold behavior. When he was young, he left his parents because he was worried what they would do with his ability once they found out. He lived in the streets for 7 years, trying to master his ability and not let it take control of him. He thought of mastering his ability as a test to see if he was capable of being king. Eventually he showed up for a entrance ceremony in middle school and when he tried to show he controlled his ability, it backfired and it showed that he was being controlled instead. After 3 years, he eventually ending up in the Flask Plan in middle school.

A psychic who receives instructions on how to unlock his latent powers from Sakata after attempting suicide. He is then encouraged by Sakata to kill his bullies who sexually abused him with the use of his powers, which he does. However, he later regrets it, realizing how it feels to be a murderer.

Thorfinn is a courageous young man armed with two twin blades he inherited from his deceased father. He's traveling with Askeladd, who is the leader of a ruthless group of mercenaries who take jobs from whoever they think can offer them a reasonable reward. Besides, Askeladd is the man who killed Thorfinn's father, Thors, and the only reason Thorfinn is traveling with Askeladd is so he can defeat him in a duel and win back his father's pride. Thorfinn only wants to win his father's pride with a fair duel. Askeladd only agrees to these duels when Thorfinn completes a certain task (like bringing him the head of the opposing armies general on the battlefield).
He does not fight for the love of battle, but is still prone to losing his composure when in combat. This hotheadedness often costs him battles against more experienced opponents.

Natsu Tanimoto or Hermit was the Sixth Fist of Ragnarok. He learned martial arts from Sougetsu Ma, Kensei's older brother. His actual name is Natsu Tanimoto (谷本　夏, Tanimoto Natsu?), the president of the drama club at Kenichi's school. At school, Tanimoto pretends to be a kind and soft spoken student, which plays well seeing how he is popular with both teachers and students, and is considered to be the school's "prince". He claims to have only joined the drama club to practice lying, and is only nice because he perceives popularity as a way to control people. Tanimoto pretended to have befriended Kenichi, but in truth, he despises Kenichi's "false" justice. He later fights with Kenichi, but it ends in a draw. He was not satisfied with this and disappears for a short while in order to train.
