Gintoki Sakata is a former samurai living in an era where Aliens known as the Amanto have come to Earth, and the Samurai have been defeated. In the Joi war, he was known as the "White Demon" (白夜叉 Shiroyasha?) due to his silver hair and white coat he wore in battle, which, combined with his impressive capabilities as a swordsman, made him famous among his comrades and struck fear into Amanto. Gintoki now lives with Kagura and Shinpachi, taking on odd jobs.
Gintoki has naturally permed silver hair, which he blames for his lack of a love-life.[7] He has a crush on the TV's news weather girl, Ketsuno Ana.[8] Though several female characters have shown an interest in Gintoki, he usually does not show any response back and merely puts up with them as annoyances and even attacks the ninja Sarutobi Ayame who tends to stalk him.

Dio Brando (ディオ・ブランドー, Dio Burandō) is a character from the anime and manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, born in England in the 19th Century. He is the most prominent villain in the series. Dio's full name is an homage to both actor Marlon Brando and heavy metal icon Ronnie James Dio. Uses the Stand The World, which stops time.

Ladd is a sadistic hitman for the Russo family. His love for acts of violence truly shows in the maniacal glee he exhibits while fighting or killing. He is exceptionally skilled in hand-to-hand combat--particularly boxing--and the use of firearms. He is most happy while killing people that beg for mercy and by seeing dead people or hearing gunfights. Ladd is deeply in love with his fiancée, Lua, although he expresses it through a passionate promise to kill her someday.

An elite Contractor with the Messier Code BK-201. Hei plays a gentle-hearted student from China named Lee Shengshun when undercover. He becomes an apathetic and guiltless killer when on his missions. Joining an organization of unknown ambitions known only as Syndicate, Hei is searching for the whereabouts of his sister Pai, whom he lost several years ago when the South American gate imploded.

"TK" is a mysterious character who speaks in nonsensical English phrases depending on the situation of the scene, though he does not know English fluently. He saves the team many times and does know some Japanese but rarely speaks it, and it seems he understands what the other say to him. He is talented in almost anything (mostly in dancing). He was always seen dancing even though fighting his enemies. His real identity and his name are still unknown even to the SSS, so they identify him as "TK", a nickname he gave himself.
One particular trait of his is his inability to remain still, as he is in constant movement whenever he is not doing anything at all (although at times he can be seen not in constant movement).
