Magellan


Magellan (マゼラン, Mazeran?) is the Chief Warden of Impel Down. Magellan ate a paramecia Devil Fruit called the Venom-Venom Fruit (ドクドクの実, Doku Doku no Mi?) that allows him to generate and manipulate poison such as breathing simple and minor toxic gas to put subordinates in place, blowing tear gas-bubbles to stun the opponents, or create an extremely fatal liquid poison. Because of the fruit's powers, Magellan is immune to all types of poison. The poison also gives his food flavor. The ends of Magellan's horns that are detachable, and can be worn like gloves over his fingers for slashing. Magellan's biggest quirk is that, although his Devil Fruit power gives him immunity from actually being poisoned, it doesn't spare him from diarrhea caused from eating poisoned food. As a result, he spends approximately ten hours each day in the bathroom relieving himself and eight hours sleeping. Though he only performs roughly four hours of duty per day as Chief Warden of Impel Down, he still takes his role quite seriously and does not tolerate the prisoners' bad behavior, as he has permission to execute any one of them he sees fit. Magellan also takes great pride in keeping Impel Down's reputation of being impenetrable and inescapable. Magellan seems to find it amusing whenever someone he doesn't particularly like gets poisoned or suffocated by his powers.

Sanji is a pirate and the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates. He is the fifth member of the crew and the fourth to join. Since he was born in the North Blue, he is the first Straw Hat not to originate from the East Blue. Being labeled as one of the "Monster Trio," he's one of the top three fighters in the crew, the other two being Luffy and Zoro. His dream is to find the rumored All Blue which is where the East Blue, West Blue, North Blue, and South Blue meet. Sanji is considered to be one of the crew's top three fighters (despite not having one of the top three bounties, which Robin takes). While Luffy always fights the strongest enemy, and Zoro fights the second strongest, Sanji always ends up doing battle with the enemy considered third strongest.Though he's one of the physical powerhouses of the crew, Sanji can also be a skilled tactician if need be. This was particularly evident in the Baroque Works saga, where he was responsible for both disguising himself as Mr. 3 and fooling Crocodile into believing that the Straw Hats were dead on Little Garden and posing as "Mr. Prince" to get the Straw Hats out of Rain Dinners at Arabasta. In the skypiea arc., when he and Usopp snuck onto the Maxim to save Nami, Sanji took a detour and destroyed the main engine, not knowing of the back up engines. During the Water 7 arc, he went on his own and waited patiently at the train station in case Robin were to leave. With his instincts confirmed of her departure, Sanji left Nami a Baby Den Den Mushi and a letter of his intentions, though half the letter was babble of his love for her. Even worse however the hiding place of the letter was very obvious marked with red paint, with large hearts for Nami and a threat for anyone else not to read it. During the Enies Lobby arc, he took over the fight with Jyabura and reminded Usopp, that he is better suited for being clever and finding a way to help Robin, while he himself was better suited for front line fighting. He later shut the Gate of Justice, giving the crew the opportunity to escape the Buster Call.

Borsalino "Admiral Kizaru"



Kizaru possesses the power of the Pika Pika no Mi, meaning 'glimmer' or 'light,' a Logia-type Devil Fruit. As a Logia-user, he is able to let objects pass through him and reconstruct his body from energy particles. He is capable of moving and attacking at the speed of light, and all of his attacks are based on the element of light; such as firing energy blasts from his fingertips or feet with extreme precision. His power is very destructive, causing huge explosions and easily destroying buildings. He also has the ability to reflect himself, essentially moving from one location to the next at the speed of light, making him the fastest man in the world (as nothing is faster than light).
He can also make an energy sword out of pure light, which can stand up to heavy "Haki" based attacks; as seen when he was fighting Silvers Rayleigh. Kizaru has named several of his abilities after the three great treasures of Japan.

Marshall D. Teach - Blackbeard

Physical Prowers: Teach has incredible physical strength and endurance, especially since his Devil Fruit causes him to receive even more damage. He has also shown himself to be knowledgeable of Haki. He also possesses phenomenal super-human speed and reflexes. Weapons:He also has three pistols tied in his sash. Devil Fruit: The Yami Yami no Mi, is a Logia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to become "darkness". "Yami" (闇) is the Japanese word for "darkness". Darkness is gravity! The power to pull everything in...and spare not even a ray of light!...Infinite gravity!. The first and foremost strength is that it allows the user to control darkness and its unique property of gravity. The darkness is a void that devours everything and crushes them. Due to this, the user can absorb physical matter and attacks of any type by sucking it into the darkness. The user can also use this ability to irresistibly pull the opponent to them, regardless of what state they're in. The most unique and powerful advantage of the fruit is that the user also has the ability to nullify the powers of other Devil Fruit users by simply touching them and draining them of their abilities. All powers from other Devil Fruit types, be it Paramecia, Zoan, or Logia, are affected by this, though Logias are most affected as they can no longer transform into their respective element.This ability of nullification truly removes the person's powers, as shown when Luffy's stretching powers was canceled on touch.
