Azuma Yunoki (La corda d'oro)
Yunoki Azuma was born as the third son to the Yunoki family which gains its prestige from the Business Industry, and because of this, since Azuma was a child, he had been raised and instructed to maintain a good appearance and become a support for his brothers; though it also appears that he should not outshine them in any way, judging from how he was told to quit the piano when he showed progress above one of his brothers and later took up the flute instead.
He is extremely popular (to the point of having his own group of devoted fans) and has a very good reputation in his school. He's one of the contestants in the series' musical competition; playing the flute.
Yunoki is shown to have two sides to his personality; a ‘White’ personality that he publicly display to his peers and what we see from the beginning of the series, which is that of a charming, considerate, and ‘princely’ character, and a ‘Black’ personality

Nier (Nier RepliCant)
The title character of the game, he is described as being an "unyielding protagonist" who is trying his best to find a cure for the Black Scrawl virus which has infected his little sister. He is younger and slimmer than the character, Nier of Nier Gestalt.

Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist, Fullmetal Alchemist 2:Brotherhood)
Edward "Fullmetal Alchemist" Elric is a young alchemical prodigy. He is the youngest State Alchemist ever to be recognized by the Amestris State Military, having received the title at the age of 12. Ed's primary motivation throughout the series is to return his younger brother, Alphonse, to his original body, which was lost in a failed human transmutation. Edward, despite his occasional bouts of immaturity, is a selfless boy who gains a reputation as a "hero of the people" throughout his youth. Notably, he doesn't seem concerned about returning his own arm and leg, instead focusing entirely on Al's suffering.
Ed is short (4'11" to be exact = 1,48 m) and slender, but compactly muscular. He has golden-blond hair and gold eyes. His body is that of an experienced martial artist, with noticeable muscles and a wealth of agility. Although he lacks both his right arm and left leg, Ed's ability to fight is not impaired, and is in fact improved, as he will often use alchemy to cause his metal arm to partly transform into a blade or shield. His heavy automail limbs are considered by him to be the very best in Amestris. They were made by his childhood friend, Winry Rockbell, and she is constantly working on them. He is able to think quickly, even in desperate situations, though can still be frightened into paralysis. These qualities, combined with his alchemical powers and physical strength, make him a formidable fighter.Though Edward is usually rather mature, he gets annoyed when people comment on his height. He takes these comments personally and usually throws tantrums. He also is rather stubborn about certain things like shots and even milk.

Kaname Kuran (Vampire Knight)
Kuran Kaname is a pureblood vampire who saved Yuki Cross from an attack by a Level E when she was five years old.
Kaname is the class president of the Night Class, both feared and respected by the other Night Class students. While he is cold and authoritative towards his contemporaries in the Night Class, he is always kind and sweet to Yuki. Kaname has shown that he cares for Yuki in a romantic sense and that he had fallen for Yuuki ever since they were children. He wants to be closer to her, but senses how shy she is about it. Since he adores her, she is reluctantly accepted by the Night Class. He has attempted countless times to expand intimacy with Yuki. He is also Yuki's fiancée and Yuuki knows him as her brother

Kamui (Gintama)
Kamui is Kagura's older brother. He is the leader of the space pirates Harusame's 7th squad. He left his family after challenging his father and managing to cut his left arm. Although he usually shows a cheerful face, he is in fact a violent fighter who lusts for blood, like the majority of the Yato clan. Therefore, he starts showing great interest in Gintoki's skills after he defeats the Yato Clan member Housen claiming him as his prey. He is voiced by Satoshi Hino.

Ikuto Tsukiyomi (Shugo Chara)

Ikuto actually despises Easter and tries to wrench himself free from them by trying to find the Embryo to grant his own wish. He possesses the Dumpty Key which pairs with Amu's Humpty Lock which at first did not fit in the keyhole. Like his father, Ikuto is a skilled violinist. His Shugo Chara is Yoru.Ikuto is tall, wears dark clothing, and has dark blue hair. He’s got a signature smirk that can mean both “I’m flirting” and “I’m pleased with what you just said”. His Chara-Change gives him cat ears and a tail, and causes him to behave much like a cat. His Chara-Nari is Black Lynx.

Fye D. Fluorite (TRC)
Fye D. Fluorit is a powerful magician from the country of Celes. He travels to Yūko on his own accord after sealing King Ashura of Celes and having his creation, Chī, act as a barrier to alert Fay if Ashura awakens. He wishes never to return to Celes and have the ability to run away through dimensions if Ashura does awaken, so he gives up a tattoo on his back in order to have use of Mokona. Fay is a very enigmatic person. He appears to be happy-go-lucky and good-natured, and acts very carefree. He often teases Kurogane, calling him ridiculous nicknames such as "Kuro-rin", "Kuro-tan" and, in the English version, "Kirgy". Kurogane questions this nature, sensing that it is just a false persona to hide that he is emotionally distant, and Fay usually gives very dark and enigmatic answers if asked about it. Fye doesn't bother to fight very hard for his life, and will only do so if someone he cares for is in danger, which Kurogane notes to be Syaoran and Sakura, as the group bonds.
