Miku Hatsune (初音ミク Hatsune Miku) is the first installment in the Vocaloid2 Character Vocal Series created by Crypton Future Media and the most popular and well-known Vocaloid, released on August 31, 2007. The name of the title and the character of the software was chosen by combining Hatsu (初, first), Ne (音, sound), and Miku (未来, future) thus meaning "the first sound to the future." The data for the voice was created by actually sampling the voice of Saki Fujita (藤田 咲), a Japanese voice actress. Unlike general purpose speech synthesizers, the software is tuned to create J-pop songs commonly heard in anime, but it is possible to create songs from other genres.

Miku's first appearance in an anime is in episode 13 of Zoku Sayonara Zetsubō Sensei in which she (and other Vocaloids) auditioned to dub Otonashi Meru's voice. For online multiplayer games, the Japanese version of PangYa started a campaign with Hatsune Miku on May 22, 2008 in which she is included as one of the characters. Her first appearance in a video game is in 13-sai no Hellowork DS (Job Placement for the Age of 13) for the Nintendo DS where she is included as one of the characters. Miku Hatsune also star in a video game of her own, Miku Hatsune - Project Diva on the Playstation Portable (PSP) in Japan.

Misaka Mikoto is a psychic user of Academy City, her powers are ranked Level 5, the highest rank for the most powerful psychic users, and she ranks as third-strongest out of the seven people who hold this rank in Academy City. She attends Tokiwadai Middle School, a famous girls' school in Academy City for the rich and elite psychics. To most people, she is considered a proper lady, but in reality, she has a short-tempered, prideful, and improper attitude with some tomboyish tendencies and insecurities, a fact few other characters know. She is fond of cute, childish things, such as flowery pajamas and frog mascots. She has a strong sense of morals and hates injustice. Her power is to generate electricity; she is powerful enough to cause a blackout in the city, make instant railguns by using coins as projectiles, and use electricity to magnetically attract iron particles around her into a chain-sword whip.

Nico Robin (ニコ・ロビン, Niko Robin?) is the archeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates.ch.218 Growing up on the island Ohara (オハラ?), home of the world's largest and oldest library, she became an archeologist at age eightch.391,392 and learned how to decipher the writings on the ancient stones called Poneglyph (歴史の本文, Pōnegurifu?), which are scattered around the world. After the World Government destroyed Ohara for housing archeologists, researching these stones,ch.395 Robin spent twenty years on the run, cooperating with various pirates and other outlaws and became a member of Baroque Works.ch.398 Like the scholars of Ohara before her, it is her dream to find and decipher the Rio Poneglyph (真の歴史の本文, Rio Pōnegurifu?), which is said to tell the world's lost history.ch.218 Her devotion to history and its preservation goes so far that she will even risk her life to protect ancient artifacts and buildings.ch.264 She ate the Flower-Flower Fruit (ハナハナの実, Hana Hana no Mi?), allowing her to create copies of any of her body parts on any surface that she can see.ch.170 However, if her replicated parts are hurt, she feels the pain on her actual body.

Ikaros(Sora no Otoshimono)



She introduce herself as Pet-Class (Translated "Entertainment-Purpose" in the manga) Angeloid type Alpha: "Ikaros".
She becomes bonded to Tomoki at the beginning of the story, after saving him when he tried to save her. Ikaros displays a very submissive, melancholic personality, and is completely subservient to Tomoki's wishes. Ikaros possesses the ability to grant seemingly any wish through the use of several techno-magical cards. Despite her passive appearance, Ikaros has displayed moments of aggressiveness when Tomoki's life appears to be in danger. She weighs 48 kilograms, stands at 162cm and her wing type is listed as "Variable". Her "Variable" wings are extremely valuable and are highly desired by Synapse.

Shinobu Oshino(忍野 忍, Oshino Shinobu?)(Bakemonogatari)



Shinobu is a girl who lives with Meme in the abandoned building. She appears to be an eight year old girl, but she was originally a beautiful vampire who had lived for more than 500 years. After the events at the end of Koyomi Vamp, she was left in a weakened condition with no powers or traces of her original personality and therefore had to abandon her "Kiss-shot Acerola-orion Heart-under-blade" (キスショット・アセロラオリオン・ハートアンダーブレード?) name. She was named Shinobu by Meme at the beginning of Hitagi Crab, suggesting her kanji name Shinobu (忍), having "heart" (心) under "blade" (刃), matches with her original personality.
