Hei is an elite Contractor, with the Messier Code BK-201. Hei has a double persona in the series. In the general public he is referred to as Lee Sheng Shun, a good-natured Chinese exchange student living in the Umitsuki apartments and occasionally working in his "part time job". He has short black hair and a large appetite. He went rogue after going against the Syndicate with Yin and Mao, hiding in Russia as a CIA agent. Lee's other persona is that of the Contractor with the codename "Hei," simply known as BK-201 by authorities or as "The Black Reaper" by other Contractors. His original name was never stated. Even before becoming a Contractor Hei worked as an assassin, earning his nickname. As Hei, he operates in a mask, a bullet resistant overcoat, and gear suiting a military operative.

Ren is, in outward appearances, an extremely nice and polite star. However, he
shows his true self whenever he deals with Kyōko. Although at times teasing, he harbors an unrequited love for Kyōko. As the story progresses, flashbacks reveal a past with Kyōko when she was smaller, however, Kyōko is still unaware of this. She cannot reconcile the sweet "fairy-prince Corn" with Ren's current personality. Interestingly, at the age of twenty, Ren has lived a large portion of his life in America. In fact, he began his acting career in the US albeit disastrously. Although he gained experience, he was fired so often that he has lost count in contrast to the staunch and disciplined actor he is today. Fortunately, his past in America is unknown to the public as Tsuruga Ren is only a stage name. Although there are hints of a dark past, his earlier years are shrouded in mystery. However, recent chapters imply that his name was originally Kuon.

Hibari is the leader of the Discipline Committee, or Prefects, who all happen to be a group of delinquents loyal to Hibari. Like his subordinates, he too is a violent delinquent who uses his status to harass other students. However, he prefers to be alone and cares little for his subordinates. If he is amongst a crowd, he tends to play violent "games" with rules like "I'll kill anyone who wakes me up when I'm sleeping," and as mentioned, the loser often has to pay the price with his life.
His catchphrase is "I'll bite you to death", which he says to everyone who he is ready to fight. In one comic scene, Ryohei misunderstands it and imagines Hibari swallowing Gola Moska's head. He also likes saying "wao", and when he fights weak opponents, he tends to taunt them by calling them a 'herbivore'. He likes eating Japanese food and hamburgers.
Hibari may be a violent and cruel person at times, but he is very proud of his school, and is apparently the only person who likes their school's song, even using it as his ringtone. He has also been shown to have an affinity for birds; he adopts one of the avian followers of Kokuyo assassin Birds' and trained it to chirp his school's song. The bird (subsequently nicknamed "Hibird" due to its connection to Hibari) becomes attached to Hibari, so much so that it still remains with Hibari nine years and ten months into the future

Haine Rammsteiner (Dogs: Bullets and Carnage)

ЦъкAn albino gunman with substantial genetic alterations and implants like the collar fused into the back of his neck, which give him extreme healing abilities allowing him to regenerate from almost any injury. It is known that as a child he murdered his younger "sister" Lily, who was also a genetic experiment, in a berserk rage. This has led to an extreme fear of women, to the point that he goes into a blind berserk rage when one gets too close to him. Usually emotionally distanced from others he has another "personality" which enjoys violence and destruction. Since the start of the story he has liberated Nill from child prostitution and developed a bond with her since the discovery that she can physically touch him without resulting in one of his rages. He often works with Badou and had no qualms about killing en mass in a hail of bullets in order to escape. Money has little importance to Haine, and he is slowly revealing the details of his childhood an underground research facility to create the ultimate human weapon. He wields a white Mauser pistol and a black Luger which are connected by a long chain at the base of the grips.
His last name is a tribute to the band Rammstein.
