Grimmjow Jeagerjaques (Bleach)
Grimmjow is the sixth Espada in Sosuke Aizen's army of arrancar, meaning he is ranked sixth in terms of strength. Grimmjow was the first character to be revealed as an Espada in the series.Grimmjow appears to be a laid back and irreverent individual, but this scruffy appearance hides an impulsive, excessively violent personality and a lethally short temper. Grimmjow is blunt, rude, and quite sadistic, revealing an insane grin in battle, much like Kenpachi Zaraki. Grimmjow has little respect for authority and says whatever is on his mind, regardless of whether or not it is appropriate

Allen Walker (D.Gray-man)
Allen was abandoned when he was a baby by his real parents due to the fact that his arm was deformed when he was born. A traveling entertainer named Mana found him on Christmas and adopted him. However, Mana became ill and died around when Allen was 12. In his grief, Allen enlisted the help of the Millennium Earl. The Earl created an akuma form of Mana, but ordered him to kill Allen. Mana cursed Allen after slashing his eye. Allen's left hand became a giant weapon and destroyed Mana. Allen was then found by General Marian Cross, who decided to train the boy to become an Exorcist. Three years later, Allen joins the Black Order (after a very gruesome training period). At the Black Order, Allen learns of a substance called "Innocence", which was used to defeat the Earl after his last attempt to destroy the world. Now Allen has joined the search for this substance with the help of fellow Exorcists.
Allen's left arm contains a piece of Innocence, thereby branding him as a "parasite type" weapon. His arm can also become a combination of a gun and sword.

Ginko (Mushishi)
Ginko employs himself as a Mushi master (mushi-shi), traveling from place to place to research Mushi and aid people suffering from problems caused by them.
Ginko's unusual white hair and green eye color is the result of an incident involving a mushi that occurred when he was a child. While designing the character, Mushishi-writer and -artist Urushibara actually planned to have the story take place in a contemporary setting. Ginko's rather modern clothes, which do not seem to match the time period reflected by all other characters, still reflect this. Ginko is a rare person who attracts mushi. This inspires his peripatetic lifestyle; staying in one place too long will gather a potentially dangerous amount of mushi. He also smokes constantly in order to keep mushi away.

Youji Katou - He is a blonde, bold, outgoing, up-and-coming actor. His openness has brought him both good fortune and trouble. His relentless pursuit ultimately wins him Iwaki's love. He comes from a very open and understanding family that comes to accept his choices and homosexual relationship

Istavan Spellsword (Guin Saga)
A young mercenary without scruples, but who is portrayed sympathetically. When he was born, he held a jewel in his hand, and a seer predicted that he would one day rule a kingdom and marry the Princess of Light, who he believes is Rinda. He is nicknamed "The Crimson Mercenary." Istavan is a cunning fellow, and a battle-hardened mercenary by his (approximate) age of 20. He is very mischievous and has a wild sense of humour, finding things outrageously funny. He particularly likes to tease Rinda, and currently has her promise to become Captain of the Holy Guards of Parros, once it is regained. He has a sixth-sense about danger, and will often disappear right before a disaster strikes. Although he complains quite a bit, he follows Guin's orders. A likeable fellow with a thin, strong frame, obsidian eyes, quick wit and a cheeky belief he will survive anything.

Honjo Ren (Nana)
Ren is the guitarist of Trapest in the anime NANA, he’s also the boyfriend of Nana. He use to belong to black stones where him, nana, yasu, and nobu all preformed together however he left for Tokyo to join Trapest leaving a very heartwrenching goodbye to nana and the rest.

Aleksander Nikolaevich Her (Seikon no Qwaser)
The male protagonist of the story, Alexander is a young Qwaser of Russian origin that controls the element of Iron, with which he can manipulate the said element on a molecular level, thus being capable not only to morph it in any form he wishes, but also create extreme heat or cold.
Silver-haired with blue eyes, Alexander, or Sasha (サーシャ, Sāsha) for short (though he allows only those close to him to call him by this nickname) is usually extremely cold, harsh and serious, although his weakness for borscht, his favorite dish, can soften him.
Usually he fights wielding an enormous black scythe that is at least twice his size. Sometimes he tends to comment on things in Russian, but his Russian is terrible.
