Lelouch vi Britannia (Code Geass)
Lelouch is the son of the Emperor of Britannia, Charles zi Britannia, and the late Imperial Consort Marianne vi Britannia as well as the Seventeenth Prince of the Holy Britannian Empire. After the assassination of his mother and the crippling of his sister, Nunnally, he confronted his father over his apparent lack of concern. Offended by his impudence, the Emperor exiled them both to Japan. In Japan, Lelouch spent his days with his sister at the Kururugi Shrine and met Suzaku Kururugi, whom he befriended after some initial animosity. Following Britannia's invasion of Japan, Lelouch and Nunnally were forced to leave the Kururugi Shrine, taking refuge with the Ashford family, who were his mother's allies. Lelouch possesses very strong philosophical beliefs: beliefs that define both his actions and his motivation for them. Perhaps his most notable is that he is against his father's beliefs of social Darwinism. He believes the world can live in cooperation rather than competition and conflict.

A young man who was not directly involved with any of the main events in the anime. He harbors deep admiration for Ladd, whom he refers to as an "older brother", and can be compared to him insofar as his psychotic, murderous attitude. Graham is obsessed with breaking things, a complex that generally manifests in dismantling cars, but sometimes results in his wanting to "break" other humans as well. He dresses in a blue mechanic's outfit and carries an oversized monkey wrench. Graham also has a peculiar tendency to speak frantically, repetitively, and often philosophizes violently and contradictorily--he will lament about his current state of affairs in the most negative way possible, before changing his mood and suddenly view the same issue in the most positive way possible.

Rayne (Neo Angelique~Abyss)
Rayne is one of the five of the main purifiers. He is quiet, and shy when meeting new people. He was especially shy when he met Angelique. He loves books, and to read. He spends his spare time experimenting, and researching on artifacts. He is also a great cook. He also has sincere feelings for Angelique, and will do anything to protect her. Though he is very shy in showing his feelings towards Angelique. The weapon he uses to purify the Thanatos, is a silver pistol.

Shinichi Okazaki (NANA)
One moreHe is the bass player of Blast. The youngest member of the band, he is 15 years old and from a dysfunctional family. Shin is the surrogate son of Hachi, who is very over-protective of him. He moonlights as a male prostitute, with Reira being one of his "clients." Among other things, he's an expert mahjong player, and a confidant of Nobu. He's also the only member of Blast who smokes "Black Stones" besides Yasu.

Vash displays two different personalities. Vash usually exaggerates foolish characteristics to make people feel unthreatened and to hide his identity; for instance, exhibiting an almost obsessive love of doughnuts and at one point introduced himself as "Valentinez Alkalinella Xifax Sicidabohertz Gombigobilla Blue Stradivari Talentrent Pierre Andri Charton-Haymoss Ivanovich Baldeus George Doitzel Kaiser III". Vash's reputation as "The Humanoid Typhoon" is legendary, as is the damage and destruction associated with his presence. However, when those around him are threatened, Vash shows complete focus and control.

Kyohei Takano (Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge)
The most popular and physically attractive of the foursome, Kyouhei is initially seen as selfish, blunt, demanding, and having no inclination to be gentle towards Sunako unless it will reduce rent. Kyouhei's unnaturally good looks resulted in a history of unfortunate experiences: he is unable to hold a job because he prone to being sexually harassed and he left his hometown because his family was unable to take the strain of his fans constantly harassing and mobbing them. Because of these experiences, he is able to empathesize with Sunako best; he develops a solid relationship with her and protects her when she needs him to. However, his own unresolved feelings for her mean that he is unafraid to take advantage of her weaknesses or provoke her rage. Kyouhei enjoys fighting and loves to eat, especially Sunako's cooking. Strawberries are his favorite fruit.

After meeting with the previous owner of the Death Note, a shinigami named Ryuk, Light seeks to become "the God of the New World" by passing his keen judgment on those he deems to be evil or who get in his way.
