This story's main character. The game operates along her point of view. She is one person of the Anti-Demon Ninja. She is a female ninja of justice going against the demon people's heretical doctrine.

Holo is a wolf harvest deity originally from a land in the north known as Yoitsu. She made a promise with men from a town called Pasroe where she would ensure the town would have good wheat harvests year after year. However, as time went on, the townspeople slowly started to forsake Holo and did not rely on her as they once did. As such, Holo escapes from town in Lawrence's wagon and started traveling with him to see how much the world has changed since she has been in Pasroe. Holo has chosen the form of a girl younger than Lawrence, though she still retains her large white-tipped wolf tail, and ears. Her true form is that of a very large wolf which many people revered and feared.

A competitive swimmer in high school, who leavs swimming to tend to the boy she loves, Takayuki. She devotes her life to him, helping him to get out of a endless-seeming depression.

Nerine is the daughter of the Lord of Devils and, like Sia, is also a marriage candidate for Rin. Nerine is a more capable magic user than Sia, and occasionally uses it to devastating effect. Similar to Sia, Nerine has absorbed the spirit of Lycoris, her clone. Unlike Sia, however, this has not led her to developing multiple personalities and only caused her to share Lycoris' emotions and singing voice.

Asa Shigure is Rin's friend and a senpai. While she has a weak constitution, she makes up for it with her energetic personality. Despite being a touch of a tomboy, she is an excellent cook. She uses English loan words often and is notable for her "Hello!" greeting which is her catchphrase.

Tokiko Tsumura (津村斗貴子 Tsumura Tokiko?) is a 17-year-old alchemy warrior that was assigned to take care of a homunculus problem in Kazuki's town. When Kazuki tried to save her from a homunculus she felt a sense of attachment to him and revived him with a Kakugane, intending to make sure that he never gets killed again. Tokiko is very dedicated to her job, claiming that she hates all homunculi, and quit going to school in order to be more efficient. This hatred comes from the trauma she suffered as a little girl, when all the people in her school were killed or eaten by homunculi. The incident also left her with a horizontal scar running across the bridge of her nose and across her cheeks. As such, she is serious almost all the time, which leads to some awkward situations between her, Kazuki, and his friends. Though her scar could have been easily removed by the power of alchemy, Tokiko had decided to keep it as a reminder of her desire to kill all homunculi. She is later assigned to be a student at Kazuki's school by Captain Bravo. Her famous catchphrase when battling is "I'll splatter your guts!" True to her words, the Valkyrie Skirt has torn many enemies apart.
