Smoker

Smoker is a muscular slight greenish-white haired man, who carries the very distinct trait of always being seen smoking two cigars at once. He wears a large thick white and blue specialist Marine jacket which he keeps open with greenish fur lining neck, wrists and hem. Many cigars are strapped to the jacket which has the kanji for "justice" (正義, Seigi?) written on the back of it. He used to carry a Seastone-tipped jutte as his weapon, until it was destroyed during the Battle of Marineford by Boa Hancock. He also wears brown leather gloves, blue jeans with a brown belt and large military issue brown leather boots.

Silvers Rayleigh


Silvers Rayleigh, nicknamed Dark King (formerly, "King of the Pirates' Right Hand") is the former first mate of the "Roger Pirates". Rayleigh is light hearted, casual and fun loving, much like his captain Gol D. Roger was supposed to have been. In the past he was shown to have been intolerable to the antics of the younger members arguing, and took the position of crew disciplinarian very seriously. Despite once being enemies with the Whitebeard Pirates, Rayleigh seems to have great respect for their captain. He has settled down on the Sabaody Archipelago, where he works as a coating mechanic. Rayleigh has King Ambition, a so far unexplained ability that can, among other things, make weak people pass out. He can aim it at multiple targets in his vicinity. It also allows him to render users of logia Devil Fruit users vulnerable to physical attack. Rayleigh has shown the ability to use a sword. Rayleigh admits that the former Roger Pirates know of what happened during the Blank Century.

Marco the Phoenix

As commander of the first division of the Whitebeard Pirates, Marco has authority over the lower-ranking subordinates. In addition, he is also one of the top four commanders of the Whitebeard Pirates, making him one of the top four fighters on board under Whitebeard himself.

He is capable of retaining consciousness despite the powerful Haki of Shanks, a Yonkou. He has incredible reflexes, as he is able to instantly respond to Kizaru's light-speed movement and attacks to protect Whitebeard. He was also able to touch Kizaru, who is normally intangible due to his Logia ability. This may indicate that Marco is capable of using Haki.
Marco possesses super-human strength, as shown when he kicked Kizaru down to the ground at extreme speed, however it is unclear if it's natural or comes from the fact that he is a zoan-user.

Marco ate a Devil Fruit referred to as a Mythical Zoan that turns him into a Phoenix. This first and foremost gives Marco increased speed and flight, as well as the possibility of launching aerial attacks. Along with being able to transform into a blue phoenix, the fruit allows him to regenerate any wounds with fire. It is a power that is said to be even rarer than Logia. The fruit gave him his nickname: Marco the Phoenix. Marco has more control over his Devil Fruit than any other Zoan-user to date; it's so great that he can change just some limbs while the rest of the body remains human.
