Johnny Rayflo is a rich vampire playboy with a large mansion and several vampire maids. He was known in the past as "The Confined Elagabalus." Charles J. Chrishunds is his vassal. He acts as a food source for the devout Charley, who refuses to drink human blood. The two of them are constantly fighting, mostly due to Rayflo's perverse nature and tendency to refer to Charley as "Cherry".

A normal human that does some part time work to pay the rent and treat his sickly younger brother. One night he was killed by Demon Necromancer Serin and brought back as an undead. Due the traits of a zombie, sucking life force out of beings near him, he is forced to move out of the human world, joining Serin in the world of "Chaos". Vowing one day to return to the human world to the side of his little brother, Jae Jyuk has to earn the right to possess the "Goblin Fire", which can open the door to the human world. For one to obtain the rights, one must've attained a rightful amount of power. Now, Jae Hyuk is looking for ways to obtain power, so he can one day meet his little brother again in the human world.

The twisted quarterback of the Devil Bats, who is more complex than his devilish face and personality may suggest. He carries multiple firearms at all times and often pulls them out at random in order to threaten others in a comical flurry of bullets. Despite this front of a violent and dangerous hoodlum, Hiruma is a genius in maverick trick plays and mind games, both on and off the field. Along with Kurita and Musashi, he is the one of the founders of the Devil Bats. His skills as a quarterback are highly recognized, even by Shin, including making passes with incredibly high RPMs as well as executing extremely convincing play action fakes. Because he has worked with a poor defensive line in his earlier days on the team, he is very good at dodging and feinting incoming tacklers. His specialty off the field is a combination of blackmail and mind games along with a superior intellect, which has effectively allowed him to take control of all of Deimon High, including the faculty.

A 15 year-old teen who gets by robbing rich people's mansions. He's very intelligent and sharp, his strong point being his knowledge of mechanics. He is also a skilled shooter and likes to carry around a gun. Gareki distrusts people and isn't very sociable, stating that he hates associating with others. However, despite his arrogant and distant attitude, he does have a more caring side that he doesn't like showing, seeming to have a soft spot for smaller children and Nai. He originally thought to use Nai for his robbing schemes but later joins him to find Karoku. When Nai tells Gareki about Karoku knowing that they were together, Gareki realizes that Karoku wants to keep him away from Nai.

The main protagonist of this story, Jio is a boy with great battle skill, great trust towards his friends and an ability to persevere, but he also has an obsession with money and is not soon to show his feelings, often hiding them or blaming other factors.
His dream is world domination, which other people often laugh at, calling it a child's dream until they see his abilities.
Jio started his life without friends, the people in his village forcing him to leave after the death of his only friend Jin's parents for which he was blamed. He was later trained in the wild by a wolf, known as Zero. However, after completing his training he was chased away again, giving him a chance to complete his dream.
