Kneesocks (Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt)

The other daughter of the mayor of Daten City and Scanty's younger sister. She wears angular glasses and has her hair in a ponytail. She uses a large amount of English in her speech, even by the standards of the show. As Stocking's counterpart, she wears two kneesocks (actually mid-thigh stockings) that transform into a pair of scythes called "Double Gold Spandex" (ダブル・ゴールド・スパンデックス Daburu Gōrudo Supandekkusu?). Just like her sister, she is obsessed with rules, claiming that they will solve the chaos of freedom. Compared to her sister, Kneesocks is calmer and more reserved, but she tends to fly off the handle when the rules are being disparaged. Oddly, she blushes quite easily, causing her face to become a lighter shade of red. It is implied that she and Scanty have an incestuous relationship.

Shizuku Sangou ( Kämpfer )

President of the Student Council and one of the Three Beauties of Seitetsu, she is a model student with perfect attendance record. In addition, however, she is also a Red Kämpfer fighting with the Schwert ability of wielding two chained daggers at will. She wants to expose the Moderator's intentions but has no problem fighting Blue Kämpfer until that goal was accomplished,also seems to have feelings for Senou Natsuru and claim that she is his girlfriend, and shows no shame by proving that.

Ruri Gokou - better known as her alter-ego Kuroneko - is a member of the All Together, Otaku Girls online community. Kuroneko is known for her dark clothing and scarlet eyes. She cosplays daily in gothic lolita clothing similar to those worn on her favorite anime, Maschera. She writes doujinshi and novels, but none of her works are popular. Kuroneko is very intelligent and has a large vocabulary, making her works too sophisticated for the average reader.

Xecty Ein ( Shining Tears X Wind )

One of Baelgard's four guardians, who is an artificial life-form made by Hiruda, using an ancient weapon as base. She is in fact Killrain's sister, Celestia, as Hiruda made her body as Xecty using Celestia's cells, but then she ended up getting infected by the darkness and Hiruda created a dark matter to absorb the forces of darkness, preventing her from further infection.

During a duel with Kiriya, an earthquake causes the two to fall into a cavern. Kiriya talks with Xecty and tells her the importance of hope and believing in your self, forming a close bond with her. Later, during the fight between Kiriya and Saionji, she gets in the middle and is stabbed by Saionji, sacrificing her life in order to stop the war. She explains to him that she did it in order to give hope to the world, and that Kiriya is her hope. Her spirit then joins the wind, as a way to protect both. She is later revived by one of the pods from the Sea Dragon King Ruins, and joins the Luminous Knights. She also becomes the priestess of Astraea's Tower of the Wind. Her soul blade is called Sword of Emperors Excelion (剣帝 エクセリオン, Kentei Ekuserion). She also contains Kiriya's Holy Grail, being drawn from her Kiriya's Ultimate Soul Blade (究極心剣, Kyūkyoku Shinken).

Ferris Eris ( Legend of the Legendary Heroes )

Ferris, who comes from a famous clan of swordsmen designated to serve as guards to the King of Roland, is the heroine of the story. She carries a typically emotionless expression, is fanatic about dango (Japanese dumpling) and can do almost anything for the sake of dango.
Ferris is incredibly skilled in the sword and assigned by Sion to guard Ryner on his quest to search for the "relics of heroes". She enjoys teasing and bullying Ryner, and unconsciously gradually develops feelings for him, going into tears then into a berserk rage when she believed Ryner to be dead, attacking an opponent far superior to her with no second thoughts others than vengeance and no thought of her own well being. Her sword possesses the "ability to devour gods", which has the power to cut off the demon within Ryner, but with the price being her own life upon invocation.
